At present I am offering online vocal coaching and piano and theory lessons online.

How much do you charge?

£50 per hour online.

When are you available for private tuition in person?

I will be teaching private lessons on a Saturday at Absolute Music from June/ July 2024 in the Bournemouth Area. Get in touch for availability I have limited spaces.

Do you perform yourself? What are your primary instruments?

Yes, I am an accomplished performer and have many projects in the pipeline. I have performed in a variety of settings, including west end, concerts, festivals, and private events. I have also recorded music for various projects, including film and television.

In addition to my performing career, I am also passionate about music education and have been teaching for over 20 years. I am currently working on a series of music books designed to help students gain confidence in reading music and understanding the piano keys. These books are suitable for anyone, including partially sighted and special needs students.

The book series starts with activities designed to pique the student’s interest and gradually introduces musical notes. Each page is designed to minimise input and allow students to work at a steady pace. The books are designed to be engaging and fun, while also providing a solid foundation in music theory and piano technique.

As a music teacher with over 20 years of experience, I have seen firsthand the benefits of a strong foundation in music theory and piano technique. My goal with these books is to provide students with the tools they need to succeed in their musical journey, whether they are just starting out or looking to improve their skills.

My primary instruments are Voice ,Saxophone and Piano. I have been playing these instruments for many years and have achieved a Grade 8/ Diploma standard on each of them. I believe that being proficient in multiple instruments has helped me become a better teacher and performer, as I am able to understand and appreciate the nuances of each instrument and how they work together in a musical context.
